Important Hotel Hiring for: **Hotel Manager** **Key Responsibilities** **Operational Management** * Supervise staff across all departments: front desk agents, kitchen staff, housekeeping attendants, administrative employees, etc. * Plan activities and assign responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operational model. * Conduct regular facility inspections and strictly enforce health and safety standards. * Implement standard operating procedures and quality control measures. **Financial Oversight** * Manage budgets and expenses, analyze financial data, and monitor sales and profits. * Monitor key performance indicators such as RevPAR (revenue per available room), ADR (average daily rate), and GOP (gross operating profit). * Collaborate with revenue managers to adjust pricing strategies and inventory management. **Staff Leadership and Development** * Recruit, hire, and train department heads and key personnel. * Design training programs to reduce turnover and improve customer service. * Conduct performance evaluations and establish professional development plans. **Guest Experience Management** * Address guest complaints, resolve issues, and provide personalized information. * Monitor satisfaction scores on platforms such as TripAdvisor, Booking.com, and Google Reviews. * Develop VIP programs and customized services for frequent guests. **Strategy and External Relations** * Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hotel services. * Collaborate with suppliers, travel agencies, and event planners. * Represent the hotel within the local community and industry events. **Offer** * Competitive monthly salary * Statutory benefits * Sales bonus * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
