




Job Summary: Ensure that received, stored, and dispatched materials comply with specifications and documentation, validating and recording warehouse receipts and issuances. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensures correspondence between quantities and finishes of materials in the warehouse. 2. Guarantees that materials shipped to customers are supported by documentation. 3. Performs physical validation and registration of materials in the warehouse. Ensure that materials received from production plants match the quantities and finishes indicated on shipping documents, and that their placement into bins complies with specified requirements, so that only conforming materials are entered into the warehouse. Guarantee that all materials dispatched to customers are accompanied by supporting documentation and that physical items correspond to invoices. Receive, inspect, and validate material receipts/issuances to/from the warehouse delivered by production plants via documentation, ensuring that materials entering the warehouse match physical validations and conform to storage specifications. Register via handheld device only those materials complying with material storage specifications and physically matching the quantities indicated on shipping documents. Sort materials according to packing lists for shipment to customers. Report any anomalies identified during material inspection to the Warehouse Supervisor. Visually verify that sales invoices correspond to the packing lists prepared for dispatch. Guarantee that profiles leaving the warehouse are properly supported by documentation through physical validation.
