Job Requirements * Experience in Retail Channel * Completed high school diploma. * Own vehicle and valid driver's license. * Previous experience in retail sales. * Effective communication and negotiation skills. * Results-oriented and ability to work in a team. Job Responsibilities * Analysis of time (start of day, first customer, end of day), efficiency, coverage and effectiveness by zone and/or salesperson to identify improvement areas in each corresponding channel, to develop white zones * Supervise and coordinate the retail sales team, ensuring achievement of objectives. * Monitor and analyze results to implement improvement strategies. * Establish business relationships with current and potential customers. * Prepare sales reports and present them to management. * Define commercial strategies, train salespeople, act on customers (retail, wholesale, econored) with support from distribution, trade marketing and marketing departments.
