




HR Generalist at CD Valles SLP construction company \- Administer the recruitment and selection process: posting job openings, conducting interviews, evaluations, and hiring. \- Coordinate induction and training for new employees. \- Manage payroll processes, incidents, and attendance tracking in coordination with the accounting or tax department. \- Supervise compliance with internal policies, regulations, and labor procedures. \- Participate in performance evaluations, workplace climate assessments, and employee development plans. \- Support the implementation of talent retention and motivation strategies. \- Follow up on contracts, registrations, terminations, and modifications with IMSS and other labor authorities. \- Manage employee records and maintain updated documentation.\- Collaborate in organizing company events and internal communication. \- Advise employees on labor-related and regulatory matters. \- Participate in labor audits and respond to requests from competent authorities.
