




**Solar Panel Sales Coordinator:** **Position Purpose:** Plan, direct, and supervise commercial and sales strategies for solar systems, ensuring achievement of revenue, profitability, and market expansion goals. Coordinate the sales team to deliver excellent service and promote sustained company growth. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and implement monthly and annual business plans. * Set targets and market penetration strategies for residential, commercial, and industrial markets. * Recruit, train, and supervise sales personnel. * Analyze performance indicators and propose corrective actions. * Participate in strategic sales closures and maintain relationships with key clients. * Coordinate referral programs and promotions. * Control budgets, documentation, and administrative processes within the sales department. **Job Profile:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in similar roles. * **Soft Skills:** Leadership, communication, negotiation, results orientation, strategic thinking, conflict resolution, and customer focus. * **Professional Competencies:** Sales planning, market analysis, team coordination, and professional ethics. **Required Knowledge:** * Budget planning and control, KPI management, and CRM usage. * Preparation of reports, contracts, and quotations. * Basic logistics and technical quotation. * Tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint. **Desirable Knowledge:** * Procedures for interconnection with CFE. * ISO 9001 and 14001 standards. * Specialized software: SAP, Helioscope, PVsyst, Aurora Solar.
