We are seeking a Project and Performance Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and supervise projects and personnel performance, ensuring goal achievement, continuous process improvement, and operational control of the Human Resources department. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience coordinating teams (approximately 11 people). Project planning and implementation. Performance evaluations, KPIs, and administrative personnel control. Proficiency with digital tools (Google Sheets, Drive, and AI tools). **Main Responsibilities:** Design and monitoring of work plans. Supervision of objectives, delivery timelines, and monthly closures. Implementation and control of departmental projects. Performance evaluations, feedback, and improvement plans. Attendance, vacation, and absence tracking. Identification of bottlenecks and process optimization. **We Offer:** Monthly gross salary of $22,000 MXN. Statutory benefits and savings fund.
