A Swedish company with a collaborative culture and great work environment is looking for a **Customer Operations Coordinator** to join its on\-site team. This role is **NOT field sales** and does **NOT require travel**. It’s a coordination and follow\-up position, closely connected to plant operations and customer support. What you’ll do: * Follow up on budgets, orders, and internal processes * Support and attend customers throughout the operation * Work closely with Customer, Operations, and Plant teams * Ensure smooth execution and clear communication Location: On\-site – Parque Opción, San José Iturbude, (Querétaro and San Jose area accepted) Monday to friday, 8 am to 5:30 pm Compensation: MXN $35,000 – $37,500 (gross) Benefits above the law: Health Insurance for you and family, Life insurance, Fondo de Ahorro, Vales de Despensa, Comedor gratis plus some agreements for discounts with several facilities.
