We are looking for top talent!** **We are seeking: Housing Coordinator** **Objective**: Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of housing construction projects, ensuring quality standards, established deadlines, and allocated budgets are met, guaranteeing the final product is safe and functional, delivering homes ready for occupancy. **Responsibilities:** * Manage the necessary human and material resources for housing construction. * Ensure the construction process adheres to architectural design specifications and building regulations. * Supervise and coordinate the activities of contractors, subcontractors, and other suppliers involved in the project. * Monitor the progress of housing construction to meet delivery schedules. * Resolve issues that may arise during construction, such as material shortages, delays, or work quality problems. * Ensure site safety and compliance with occupational safety regulations. * Develop a detailed plan outlining construction phases, work schedules, and required resources. * Organize and direct the activities of various teams involved (masons, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, etc.). * Monitor project progress in terms of time and budget, ensuring deadlines are met and costs remain within the allocated budget. * Coordinate the procurement, storage, and delivery of necessary construction materials, as well as ensure proper task distribution among workers.
