Continuously monitor process parameters—such as pressure, temperature, and cycle time—to ensure production requirements and area quality standards are met. Handle material feeding and verify proper alignment and adjustment before initiating the pressing cycle. Maintain constant interaction with support areas—e.g., maintenance, quality, and production—to coordinate activities and ensure operational continuity, resolving any incidents or anomalies that arise. Adhere to industrial safety guidelines and ensure safe working conditions for all personnel involved. **Core Job Responsibilities:** * Verify raw materials against the Work Order. * Complete the safety checklist. * Inspect machine safety guards and air pressure. * Release first pieces of products on Virtek (quality lab machine). * Inspect finished parts against the Work Order drawing or blueprint. * Maintain an organized work area using the hourly whiteboard, reporting and verifying production progress and downtime during shift via application of 6S. **Additional Responsibilities:** * Perform job duties in accordance with Category I of the wage scale. * Embody corporate culture values. * Safeguard the safety and physical well-being of fellow coworkers. * Provide support to other departments. Requirements: **Minimum Requirements** * Education – High School Diploma or equivalent * Experience – Industrial experience with cutting machines; operation and supervision. * Technical Skills – Operation of press machinery and preventive maintenance; use of measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, etc. * Forklift operation preferred. * Soft Skills: Patience, perseverance, teamwork, resilience, shop-floor work, verbal and written communication, active listening **Required Skills** * Teamwork * Working under pressure * Effective communication * Quality focus * Frustration tolerance **Work Schedule** Rotating shifts Mon–Sat First Shift: 06:00–14:00 hrs (with 30 min. for meals) Mon–Sat Second Shift: 06:00–14:00 hrs (with 30 min. for meals) Mon–Fri Third Shift: 06:00–14:00 hrs (with 30 min. for meals) **Employment Type** 3-month fixed-term contract, followed by indefinite-term employment. **Important Note** The information above describes the general nature and level of work assigned to this position.
