




Job Summary: We are seeking a Co-Lead Technician with experience in major corrective actions on wind turbines to lead lifting operations, troubleshoot failures, and coordinate activities. This opportunity is for you! **Experience:** 2 years with ACCCION AW3000 and AW1500 technologies. **Valid GWO certification** (mandatory requirement). **Knowledge of:** Leading major corrective actions on wind turbines. Leading replacement of large components (gearbox, bearing replacement, blade replacement, low-speed shaft replacement). Manual and hydraulic tools. Low-voltage systems and measurement equipment. Working at heights and in confined spaces. Wind turbine management software. **Responsibilities:** Lead and be responsible for lifting operations during corrective maintenance, troubleshooting failures, coordinating activities, and ensuring wind turbine operability. Lead disassembly of wind turbines, gearboxes, blades, generators, low-speed and high-speed shafts. Conduct risk analyses prior to each intervention and complete required forms.
