




**Job Description** Coordinate activities related to the executive's agenda and provide support for administrative services, always promoting an environment of harmony and security. **Main Responsibilities** * Promote CEMEX’s Mission, Vision, and Values, involving staff by setting a good example. * Coordinate internal and external agenda (suppliers, consultants, etc). * Coordinate the executive's personal agenda. * Coordinate internal and external calls, prepare expense reports, and assist in preparing reports in SAP. * Coordinate travel arrangements through CEMEX's travel agency. * Record direct payments and service/material purchase requisitions, contractors, etc., and follow up on their proper system registration. * Monitor the proper functioning of office equipment (printer, fax, copier, infocus, etc.) and request stationery orders. * Control outgoing and incoming correspondence, both external and internal. * Prepare area announcements and send them to the appropriate audience.
