We are currently seeking an '**Operations Coordinator focused on Warehouse**' to join our team and contribute to achieving our operational goals. **Job Description** -------------------------- Coordinate and oversee personnel, processes, equipment, and performance indicators for all activities under responsibility, ensuring compliance with guidelines, safety regulations, and operational standards, with the objective of achieving at least 90% operational efficiency and exceeding customer expectations. **Requirements** -------------- **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (degree certificate and professional license mandatory). * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations. * Experience managing operational staff (large teams preferred). * Knowledge of warehouse processes: receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipment of finished and semi-finished products. * Experience tracking and managing performance indicators (KPIs) and achieving operational targets. * Familiarity with quality and industrial safety standards. * Experience handling payroll incidents, absenteeism, and staff turnover. * Leadership, organizational, decision-making, and results-oriented skills. * Flexible working hours availability. **Responsibilities** --------------------- **Primary Responsibilities:** * Coordinate personnel to meet objectives for raw material, materials, bulk goods receiving, and finished/semi-finished product shipments. * Ensure correct loading, assembly, and auditing of finished products, guaranteeing zero shipping incidents. * Manage payroll incidents, disabilities, absenteeism, and staff turnover, providing follow-up and feedback to the team. * Achieve established operational KPIs (cube utilization, process confirmation, shift planning). * Ensure compliance with quality standards (Good Storage Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Documentation Practices). * Achieve KPIs. * Coordinate cyclic inventory counts in the warehouse.
