Receive and assist guests upon arrival at reception in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the “Distintivo Elite” Manual. 2. Accurately register all guest entries according to their access method in the various control systems. 3. Be familiar with the different lounge access methods as well as beverage preparation techniques. 4. Ensure availability of all necessary supplies and electronic devices, and verify proper functioning of work tools. 5. Inform guests about the main services available within the lounge, based on the type of access used for entry. 7.
