




**Position Objective** Design, coordinate, and implement training programs focused on sales, customer service, and satellite tracking platform operations, ensuring effective employee learning and improving commercial performance and customer experience. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and execute the annual training plan for sales and customer service departments. * Coordinate in-person and virtual training sessions using LMS platforms and videoconferencing tools. * Design instructional materials, technical guides, manuals, and training presentations. * Train internal teams on the use, operation, and best practices of satellite tracking platforms. * Conduct training needs assessments and propose continuous improvement initiatives. * Prepare training metrics reports (attendance, progress, evaluations, satisfaction). * Develop technical documentation, executive presentations, and follow-up reports. * Support sales teams during sales skills and customer service training sessions. * Respond to internal client inquiries, track incidents, and ensure proper resolution. * Ensure effective communication across departments and keep training content up to date. **Candidate Profile Education** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Pedagogy, Communications, Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field. **Experience** * 1–3 years in training, organizational development, or commercial training. * Desired experience in technology, logistics, telematics, or satellite tracking companies. **Knowledge** * Training management and organizational learning. * Experience with virtual training platforms (LMS, Moodle, Teams, Zoom, etc.) * Report writing, executive presentations, and technical documentation. * Basic knowledge of consultative sales and customer service. * Familiarity with satellite tracking platforms (desirable). * Instructional design and development of instructional materials. **Skills and Competencies** * Effective communication and clarity in presenting ideas. * Excellent customer service: conversation management, empathy, and follow-up. * Organization, planning, and time management. * Analytical thinking and results orientation. * Ability to translate technical information into simple and practical content. * Commitment to continuous learning. **Tools** * Intermediate to advanced Office (Excel, PPT, Word). * LMS platforms and videoconferencing tools. * Satellite tracking systems or platforms (desirable).
