




Summary: This role leads Lean Manufacturing initiatives, improves production flow, reduces defects, supports compliance, analyzes KPIs, and partners on CI projects. Highlights: 1. Partner on cross-functional CI projects Description and details of activities * Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kaizen, VSM, Standard Work, Kanban, SMED). * Improve production flow in machining, assembly, composites, special processes, and testing areas. * Reduce defects, rework, and non-conformances through data-driven problem solving (A3, 5 Whys, RCCA/8D). * Support AS9100/NADCAP compliance, documentation, and process control. * Analyze KPIs (OEE, scrap, FPY, throughput) and conduct time/capability studies. * Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Operations on cross-functional CI projects. * Train and coach teams on Lean tools and continuous improvement culture. Experience and requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering. * 3+ years of CI or manufacturing experience in Aerospace & Defense or other high-reliability industries. * Strong knowledge of Lean methods; Six Sigma certification preferred. * Experience with AS9100, FAI/AS9102, PFMEA, SPC, and configuration control. * Proficiency in Excel, Minitab, or Power BI. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to lead cross-functional teams * Attention to detail in a regulated environment * Excellent communication and facilitation skills Benefits * Benefits according to the Federal Labor Law (LFT) **Number of vacancies** 1 **Area** Production/Manufacturing **Contract type** Permanent **Work modality** On-site **Shift** Day **Working hours** Full-time **Education** University degree **English** Spoken: Advanced, Written: Advanced **Willingness to travel** No
