Summary: This role leads Lean Manufacturing initiatives, improves production flow, reduces defects, supports compliance, analyzes KPIs, and partners on CI projects. Highlights: 1. Partner on cross-functional CI projects Description and details of activities * Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kaizen, VSM, Standard Work, Kanban, SMED). * Improve production flow in machining, assembly, composites, special processes, and testing areas. * Reduce defects, rework, and non-conformances through data-driven problem solving (A3, 5 Whys, RCCA/8D). * Support AS9100/NADCAP compliance, documentation, and process control. * Analyze KPIs (OEE, scrap, FPY, throughput) and conduct time/capability studies. * Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Operations on cross-functional CI projects. * Train and coach teams on Lean tools and continuous improvement culture.
