




Job Summary: Coordinate customer service, define manufacturing and shipping priorities, manage inventory, and support sales while maintaining up-to-date systems. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise and support customer service activities. 2. Provide communication support and act as an intermediary between the plant and customers. 3. Support the objectives and activities of the sales department. GENERAL JOB OBJECTIVE Coordinate customer service activities. Monitor and propose manufacturing and shipping priorities. Manage inventory accounts. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Supervise and support customer service activities. 2. Support the definition of daily priorities. 3. Maintain Witron, Harry, Kiwi, and other utility systems with updated and timely information. 4. Supervise proper inventory account management for customers. 5. Provide communication support and act as an intermediary between the plant and customers. 6. Support the objectives and activities of the sales department. 7. Establish departmental objectives. Responsibilities related to Safety: 1. Comply with company-established safety standards. 2. Complete SBO cards and report unsafe conditions, taking appropriate action accordingly. 3. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) within manufacturing facilities or plant warehouses. Responsibilities related to Order and Cleanliness: 1. Clean one’s own work area. 2. Clean assigned areas. Responsibilities related to Human Resources: 1. Complete company-established training programs. 2. Comply with the Internal Work Regulations and the Collective Labor Agreement. Responsibilities related to the Food Safety Program: 1. Comply with company food safety program rules and guidelines. 2. Report and/or correct any deviations from the program to the on-duty supervisor, department head, or HACCP team. 3. Properly use product safety PPE in designated areas. 4. Establish and comply with company-established product safety prerequisite programs or SPIs.
