Our package includes: * **Base Salary**: MXN 60,000–65,000 (tax-free), statutory benefits, 100% nominal compensation, medical expense insurance, life insurance, connectivity service allowances, and grocery vouchers. * **Working Hours**: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * **Work Location**: Remote **What We’re Looking For** * 5–7 years of experience as a Data Engineer, Data Engineer, Data Architect, or Data Lead. * Advanced English proficiency for training and daily work sessions. * Advanced skills in gathering end-user requirements and effectively managing stakeholder relationships across various business units. * 4–5 years of experience using Python for data design and modeling (e.g., #NF, dimensional modeling, STAR schema, semantic layers, etc.), data prototyping using libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. * 4–5 years of experience designing, developing, and modeling data warehouses; building ETL/ELT data pipelines; processing SFTP transfers; constructing data pipelines from diverse sources (APIs, streaming, databases); implementing data lakes; writing queries and stored procedures on Snowflake Cloud Data Platform; integrating DBT with orchestration tools such as Airflow, BigQuery, Dagster, Fivetran, and Airbyte. * 4–5 years of advanced expertise in Snowflake features including Snowpipe, Streams & Tasks, Time Travel, RBAC, and resource monitors. * 2 years of experience designing data models using Medallion architecture, Data Mesh, or Modern Data Warehouse approaches. * Advanced knowledge of SQL databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, CouchDB, Redis, etc.). * Familiarity with and hands-on experience in cloud DevOps on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
