Development and maintenance of process specifications Job Objective: Monitor production processes to implement improvements and standardization, thereby supporting the achievement of production and quality objectives. Requirements: Chemical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering degree. Advanced English. More than 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Process Engineering, Electrical Installations, Instrumentation and Control. Specific knowledge of methodologies such as: FMEA, Flowcharts, Battery Manufacturing, Six Sigma Methodology, Core Tools Overview, Problem-Solving Techniques, Technical Specifications (ISO IATF 16949), DFM, and Instructor Training; intermediate-level Power Apps knowledge; basic AutoCAD and SolidWorks knowledge. Responsibilities: Monitor and control production area processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corresponding enhancements, as well as provide operational problem support. Develop and maintain process specifications, process attachments, flowcharts, and FMEAs. Track implementation of Maintenance Memos / Engineering Changes. Conduct layered process audits and SICAS system audits to ensure process quality. Release new tooling. Contribute to achieving the Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principle objectives for CMS. Participate in problem analysis and resolution (8D, Ishikawa, and 5 Whys). Serve as a multiskilling model certifier for High-Performance Teams, ensuring operator competency in processes, as well as developing, reviewing, and updating required theoretical and practical exams and training manuals for process-related training.
