The ideal candidate will act as the key link between customers, the sales team, and internal departments, ensuring smooth order processing, timely communication, and excellent customer service. **Key Responsibilities**: * Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and sample requests. * Coordinate sales orders, delivery schedules, and logistics follow\-ups. * Maintain updated records of pricing, customer data, and order status. * Collaborate with production, finance, and logistics teams to ensure accurate order execution. * Support the sales team with reporting, CRM updates, and after\-sales service. * Monitor inventory levels and assist in demand forecasting. * Prepare and share periodic sales reports and performance metrics. **Required Qualifications \& Skills:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field. * 1\-3 years of experience in sales coordination, logistics, or customer support (manufacturing preferred). * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office / ERP / CRM systems. * Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken). * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment. * Valid visa and passport required for potential international travel.
