Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced security guard for a shopping center, responsible for patrols, area maintenance, and general support. Key Highlights: 1. Direct hiring with the company 2. Permanent plant position **Security Guard** Work Location: **Herradura Shopping Center** (across from Cinépolis Hidalgo) **We Offer:** ✔ Monthly salary of **$9,200** (includes approx. $300 in food vouchers) ✔ Weekly payment via **BBVA** (if you don’t have a card, we’ll process one for you) ✔ Statutory benefits ✔ Direct hiring with the company ✔ Free uniforms ✔ Permanent plant position ✔ Savings fund ✔ Holiday food baskets **Rotating shifts per week:** Morning: 6:30 am to 3:30 pm Afternoon: 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm Night: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am Six working days and one rotating day off. **Main Responsibilities:** Patrols, logbook entries, maintaining order and cleanliness in common areas and parking lots, garden irrigation (night shift), paperwork, turning lights on/off, and general assistance. **Requirements:** ✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role ✔ No transportation issues Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $8,500.00 – $9,200.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
