* Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field. * More than 5 years of experience in Construction Management or the industrial real estate sector. * Experience managing projects with commercial contractors, property owners (industrial), or their representatives. * Experience in industrial building maintenance (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, facade, HVAC, among others). * Advanced English * Experience or aptitude in property improvements, roofing, construction, tenant improvements and renovations. * Proficiency or ability to quickly learn new technologies (e.g., Excel, MS Project, Google Earth, ACAD Viewer, Bluebeam, and Smartsheet).
