**WORKSHOP MANAGER/QUALITY CONTROLLER** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Age 27 to 40 years old * Quality controller experience * Preferably technical degree in Automotive Mechanics * Knowledge of electrical faults and tool usage * Experience in Quality Control for vehicle repairs * High organizational ability * Leadership skills * Ability to interact with staff and customers * Responsible, service-oriented attitude * Proficient in Office software * Good communication skills **OBJECTIVE:** Ensure workshop profitability by coordinating activities and managing resources, complying with all company and customer procedures and standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assign repair orders to automotive technicians. * Monitor and track repair progress within the workshop. * Review and ensure the quality of work performed by technicians to prevent rework. * Ensure vehicles are delivered clean within the agreed timeframe. * Maintain workshop order and cleanliness. * Ensure compliance with BPG (Service Process) standards. * Provide technicians with solutions regarding work-related issues, tasks, and tools. * Coordinate with the Service Advisor for work order planning. * Ensure the workshop has all necessary resources to perform assigned tasks. * Track spare parts delivery for vehicles undergoing repairs.
