**Warehouse Assistant** **Location:** Tampico, Tamaulipas **Company:** Integradora Kabik **Job Objective** Support warehouse activities, ensuring timely and accurate receipt, inspection, organization, and fulfillment of products while maintaining order and complying with safety policies and customer service standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Receiving and inspecting goods (from suppliers, couriers, and production). * Validating purchase orders in the ERP system. * Conducting physical inventory counts and verifying against purchase orders. * Storing products in the warehouse according to layout guidelines (brand, FIFO, item code). * Fulfilling customer orders for counter sales, home deliveries, and courier shipments. * Packing goods and generating courier waybills. * Performing cyclic inventories and inter-warehouse transfers. * Assisting with additional tasks: bank deposits, assembly, and unloading of furniture and equipment. **Required Competencies** * Process management. * Quality decision-making. * Reporting and communication skills. * Planning and organizational skills. * Teamwork. **Candidate Profile** * **Education:** Completed high school. * **Experience:** Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management. * **Skills:** Organization, attention to detail, responsibility, and customer orientation. **Benefits** * Opportunity for growth. * Collaborative work environment. * Training on internal processes and management systems.
