**Profile: Intermediate-Level Application Support Engineer** **Requirements:** * Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. * 2+ years of experience in application support. * Knowledge of: * SQL Server (intermediate level) * MySQL (intermediate level) * PostgreSQL (intermediate level) * Oracle (intermediate level) * REST and SOAP API consumption * Postman * XML / JSON * Experience in: * Functional support for production applications. * Incident and problem handling and resolution. * Ticket management and tracking. * Database query execution for analysis and report generation. * Data validation via API and web service consumption. * Testing and validation of data using Postman. **Desirable:** * Experience in: * Basic ETL process handling. * Manipulation and transformation of data structures in XML and JSON formats. * Merchandising or E-commerce systems.
