We are seeking a **Quality Assurance Supervisor** with experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and supervising quality assurance activities on projects, ensuring that processes and standards established by our Quality Management System (QMS) are met. Your work will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving project objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Implement and ensure compliance** with the Integrated Management System (IMS) at all project work sites. * **Identify and communicate** contractual and regulatory requirements to the entire project team. * **Monitor, audit, and verify** that processes are executed in accordance with the QMS and that service providers meet established requirements. * **Apply effective mechanisms** for risk identification, problem solving, and implementation of corrective, preventive, and continuous improvement actions. * **Actively participate** in internal audits and support report writing. * **Ensure definition of quality objectives and goals** for projects. * **Disseminate the Quality Plan** and document control to project personnel. * **Issue and deliver weekly reports** on the progress of improvement actions implementation. * **Exercise authority** to halt operational processes at risk (in agreement with Operations Management) and recommend actions to ensure contractual compliance. **Requirements and Skills:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree and Professional License in fields such as Quality and Productivity, Civil, Metallurgical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines. * **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in quality assurance activities. * **Specific Knowledge (Verifiable):** * Certification as Internal / Lead Auditor ISO 19011:2018\. * Course in ISO 9001:2015\. * Certifications in Non-Destructive Testing (SNT TC 1A 2020 and ISO 9712\) in at least two of the following areas: * Leak Testing * Radiographic Image Interpretation * Industrial Ultrasonics * Magnetic Particle Testing * Liquid Penetrant Testing * Experience in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Audits. * Certification as Level I and/or Level II Inspector in surface preparation and anti-corrosion coating inspection (NACE, SSPC, or AMPP). * **Skills:** Leadership ability, decision-making, conflict resolution, effective communication, empathy, and teamwork. **Additional Details:** * **Department:** Quality Assurance * **Reports to:** Quality Assurance Specialist * **Age:** Minimum 26 years * **Gender and Marital Status:** Indifferent Contact: If you meet the requirements and are interested in joining our team, please send your resume to: **Email:** ariana.rincon@eseasaoffshore.com **Phone:** 833 209 31 54 Job Type: Full-time Salary: $24,000\.00 \- $26,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Application Questions: * Do you hold a Bachelor's Degree and Professional License in any of the following fields: Quality and Productivity, Civil, Metallurgical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related? * Do you have at least 3 years of experience in quality assurance activities? * Do you possess certification as an Internal or Lead Auditor ISO 19011:2018? * Do you have certifications in Non-Destructive Testing (SNT TC 1A 2020 and ISO 9712\) in at least two of the areas mentioned in the description (Ultrasonics, Magnetic Particles, etc.)? * Do you have verifiable experience participating in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Audits? * Do you have certification as Level I and/or Level II Inspector in surface preparation and anti-corrosion coating inspection (NACE, SSPC, or AMPP)?
