If you have warehouse experience and are interested in becoming part of a leading company in its sector, this opportunity is for you! **Position Purpose:** The Senior Storehouse Staff is responsible for ensuring the proper receipt, storage, restocking, and shipment of goods, maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness, as well as supporting operational store activities to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Receiving Goods:** Verify that received goods match purchase orders by checking quantities, codes, and physical condition of products. Record merchandise entries into the appropriate system. * **Storage:** Organize and store goods efficiently, optimizing space and ensuring proper rotation (FIFO/FEFO). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. * **Restocking and Shipping:** Prepare orders to restock stores or ship to other branches, ensuring accuracy and quality in packaging. * **Inventories:** Actively participate in physical inventories (cyclic and general), identifying discrepancies and collaborating in their resolution. * **Stock Control:** Monitor inventory levels, reporting shortages or overages and proposing corrective actions. * **Store Support:** Assist in other store operational activities as needed, such as loading and unloading products, arranging items on the sales floor, or assisting customers with warehouse-related tasks. * **Safety and Hygiene:** Comply with safety and hygiene regulations in the warehouse area, using appropriate personal protective equipment and reporting any hazardous conditions. * **Forklift Operation (if applicable):** Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently, if certified and required for the position. * **Documentation:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse operations. * **Continuous Improvement:** Suggest improvements in warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in similar roles, preferably in warehouses or retail stores. * **Knowledge:** Experience in receiving goods, inventory control, product arrangement, and warehouse management. * **Skills:** * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work in a team and under pressure. * Responsibility and commitment. * Quick learning ability and adaptability. * Flexible availability. * **Education:** Completed high school or equivalent (mandatory). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding legal requirements. * Opportunities for professional development. * Excellent work environment. * Job stability.
