Proficiency in multiple technological specialties ***POSITION OBJECTIVE:*** Provide basic technical support to users, ensure computer equipment remains operational, and assist in the administration of the organization's networks, systems, and technological tools. ***REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:*** * EXCELLENT USER SERVICE ATTITUDE. * Technical skills: Programming, operating system administration, network management, equipment installation, and security. * Interpersonal skills: Effective communication, problem solving, and teamwork. * Knowledge: Proficiency in multiple technological specialties, CCTV, networks, telephony, etc. * **Required knowledge:** Operating systems, basic networking, hardware maintenance, Office suite / office tools, fundamental concepts of information security. ***PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Provide technical support. * Install, configure, and update computer equipment. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. * Address incidents reported by users. * Assist in local network administration. * Configure printers, scanners, and devices. * Manage user accounts (creation, deactivation, passwords). * Assist with data backups. * Document incidents and solutions. * Assist in implementing new systems or tools. **Education:** * Systems Engineering degree **Experience:** * 1 to 3 years in technical support Salary: $10,600.00 \- $10,601.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
