




Position Summary: Strategic procurement management to ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective supply of medical supplies and materials in a hospital. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate with medical and administrative departments to identify needs. **Position Objective** Guarantee timely, efficient, and cost-effective supply of medical supplies, medications, and materials required for hospital operations, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and cost control. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage the entire procurement process (quotations, purchase orders, tracking, and receipt). * Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers. * Ensure continuous supply of medical supplies, medications, and general materials. * Evaluate and develop reliable suppliers. * Control inventory in coordination with warehouse and clinical departments. * Analyze costs and develop savings strategies. * Coordinate with medical and administrative departments to identify needs. * Supervise contracts and supplier agreement compliance. **Requirements and Knowledge:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * 2–3 years of procurement experience. * Experience in supplier negotiation and inventory management. * Procurement processes and supply chain management. * Medical supplies and medications (preferred). * ERP or procurement system proficiency. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
