Strategic coordination with medical and administrative departments. **Job Objective** Ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective procurement of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and materials required for hospital operations, while guaranteeing quality, regulatory compliance, and cost control. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the complete procurement process (quotations, purchase orders, tracking, and receipt). * Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers. * Ensure continuous supply of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and general materials. * Evaluate and develop reliable suppliers. * Manage inventory in coordination with warehouse and clinical departments. * Analyze costs and develop cost-saving strategies. * Coordinate with medical and administrative departments to identify requirements. * Oversee contracts and supplier agreement compliance. **Requirements and Knowledge:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * 2–3 years of procurement experience. * Experience in supplier negotiation and inventory management. * Procurement processes and supply chain management. * Medical supplies and pharmaceuticals (preferred). * ERP or procurement system experience. * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency.
