Each day you will face new and interesting challenges in your role, for which you will be responsible for: * Efficiently developing functional specifications and designs, in the correct format and within agreed timelines, per established requirements guidelines. * Complying with defined quality guidelines using the methodology aligned with established standards and service levels. * Supervising software development vendors to deliver solutions, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality for developed technology solutions. * Conducting analyses and identifying application improvements for user delivery per requirements. * Applying efficiencies identified in incident analyses to reduce occurrence of operational issues. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems or related field (degree holder) * Experience managing software factories and vendors * Intermediate/advanced level in SQL databases * Intermediate/advanced level in Java.net * Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar position * Desired: Knowledge of maintenance, enhancement, and incident management for applications At Banorte, we operate under a principle of equal opportunity.
