We seek a **Junior Programmer** who will contribute to the digital transformation of our internal processes through agile and automated solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop internal applications using platforms such as **Microsoft Power Apps** and **Google Workspace** tools. * Automate processes using **Power Automate** and **Google Apps Script**. * Design and integrate workflows, forms, and dashboards (Power BI or Google Data Studio). * Analyze departmental needs and propose practical digital solutions. * Provide technical support and basic user training for developed applications. * Document developments and updates. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of programming experience. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)**. * Advanced knowledge of **Google Workspace (Sheets, Forms, Apps Script)**. **Competencies:** * Analytical and results-oriented thinking. * Ability to translate business needs into technological solutions. * Organization, creativity, and continuous improvement. * Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams. **WE OFFER:** * Weekly take-home salary of $3,500 MXN * Monthly food vouchers worth $500 MXN * Monthly punctuality bonus of $500 MXN, in addition to salary * Savings fund * All statutory benefits * 20-day Christmas bonus * $500 birthday bonus * Professional growth based on aptitude **Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (including 1-hour lunch break), and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM** **If you are passionate about creating practical solutions that optimize processes, we want to meet you.**
