Exhibit good troubleshooting and technical skills **Company:** ------------ Marsh **Description:** ---------------- **Java Developer** We are seeking a Java Developer to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Java Developer at Marsh, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications that enhance our client services and internal operations. You will work collaboratively with cross\-functional teams to deliver high\-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and improve user experience. **We will count on you to** : * Designing, Exposing and consuming APIs, both to internal and 3rd party services * UI work, including workflow design, * Modifying Database schemas and DAO access patterns * Data validation and transformation * Code, test, debug software modules, deploy using CICD and meet project plan goals * Develop reusable software components and basic to moderately complex application code to support business requirements with proficiency and knowledge in customer facing applications * Exhibit good troubleshooting and technical skills **What you need to have** : * A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field and 4\-7 Years in industry experience * Spring application Stack, either Spring Boot or a Traditional Spring Based Application * Strong experience with Hibernate * Querying and Modifying ACID compliant databases to support application workloads * Experience with front\-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
