Some days of Home Office At BI Aplicaciones, we are looking for a ***T*****echnical Support Specialist** with experience in **customer technical support and assistance.** This position is critical to ensuring efficient ticket resolution, delivering an excellent user experience, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our support processes. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to customers regarding our app and software. * Diagnose and resolve incidents promptly. * Log and track requests using ticketing systems. * Escalate complex technical issues when necessary. * Provide training and guidance to users on reported issues. * Document solutions and propose improvements to support processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in technology, computer science, or related field. * **Database knowledge:** SQL Server (preferred): reading and interpreting complex stored procedures; SELECT, UPDATE, INSERT, and DELETE queries; transaction handling (BEGIN TRANSACTION, ROLLBACK, COMMIT); reading SQL error messages and basic diagnostics; knowledge of OPENJSON; ability to execute scripts in SQL Server Management Studio. * **Backend knowledge:** C\#, ASP.NET. Ability to read and understand C\# code without needing to write it; familiarity with the .aspx (WebForms) page lifecycle; understanding database calls from code (DataSet, DataRow); ability to identify where queries are constructed in code. * **Frontend knowledge:** JavaScript / jQuery. Ability to read JavaScript to understand form workflows; familiarity with jqxWidgets (jqxGrid, jqxDropDownList, etc.); understanding of AJAX requests and JSON responses; basic use of browser developer tools (F12\) * **IIS knowledge:** Internet Information Services, for deploying ASP.NET pages. * Reading server error logs * Basic Git or version control usage * Basic knowledge of Visual Studio for opening and reviewing projects * Creation, modification, and management of APIs * **Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or similar roles.** * Proficiency with remote support tools and ticketing systems. * Ability to clearly explain technical concepts. **Key Skills:** * Customer orientation * Problem solving * Organization and multitasking * Effective communication * Teamwork **We Offer:** * $12,000 monthly gross (less taxes) * Statutory benefits * Professional development opportunity * Excellent work environment * Opportunity for permanent employment contract based on performance * **Some days of Home Office** If you’re interested in joining a great development team, apply through this channel.
