Established company with over two decades in the construction industry is seeking. **CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR** *REQUIREMENTS* * Degree holder. * Age 35 to 50 years old. * Preferably residing in the State of Hidalgo, as projects are located in Ciudad Sahagún, Ixmiquilpan, and El Arenal. * Proven experience and knowledge in affordable housing. * Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate work teams. * Skill in planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks. * Capacity to identify and resolve issues arising during project execution. * Strong communication skills to interact clearly and effectively with site supervisors. * Negotiation skills with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders. *RESPONSIBILITIES* * Ensure proper execution of construction projects according to schedules and quality standards. * Verify that work is carried out according to technical specifications and regulations. * Lead, motivate, and supervise coordinators: planning, scheduling, organizing, executing, and controlling construction activities. * Develop work plans, define tasks, allocate resources, and set deadlines for each project phase. * Resource management: monitor construction progress, identify deviations, and generate periodic reports during project supervision. * Maintain effective and continuous communication with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with on-site safety and health measures, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel. *WE OFFER* Statutory benefits.
