REQUIREMENTS: * Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering (not incomplete). * Proficiency in driving standard vehicles and valid driver's license (mandatory). * Availability to work flexible hours. Field sales experience EXPERIENCE * Two years of experience in sales, customer prospecting in the field, negotiation, and follow-up. * Identify and attract potential conquest clients. * Knowledge of commercial practices in the area. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Gather customer/business information through observation and dialogue with the client. * Record collected information and evaluate the feasibility of conquest based on findings. * Identify potential customer needs or support requirements. * Deliver product presentations. * Present integrated value proposition to the client. * Formalize negotiations, close conquests, and collect required documentation. * Conduct contract negotiations and commercial practices. * Verify and follow up on compliance with agreed terms and commitments, as well as monitor sales volume performance.
