Your primary responsibilities will be:
1. Collecting information according to the requirements and instructions of your immediate supervisor, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
2. Assisting with logistics (informational materials, meeting room preparation, meeting notices, agenda, etc.) for branch assemblies.
3. Compiling reports on membership behavior, resource mobilization, loan disbursement, and loan recovery at branches for submission to your immediate supervisor.
4. Preparing reports on service quality delivered to members and the general public for submission to your immediate supervisor.
5. Receiving and maintaining control over files of deceased members for processing through protection services.
6. Reviewing your immediate supervisor’s email and calendar daily to identify requests and requirements requiring attention.
7. Drafting letters, memoranda, official correspondence, circulars, and other informational documents for your immediate supervisor.
8. Performing photocopying, formatting, and binding of documents as directed by your immediate supervisor and frontline staff.
9. Procuring office stationery and supplies according to departmental needs.
10. Making timely and appropriate hotel and transportation reservations for your immediate supervisor, along with proper documentation.
11. Safeguarding and archiving your immediate supervisor’s confidential documents.
12. Safeguarding and managing the department’s inactive file archive.
13. Maintaining control and records of usage for branch office and administrative committee meeting rooms.
14. Supporting logistics (informational materials, meeting room preparation, meeting notices, agenda, etc.) for work meetings of your immediate supervisor and frontline staff.
What do you need to apply?
* Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
* Filing, use of office equipment (telephone switchboard, photocopier, etc.), calendar and email management,
and customer service.
Coordinating event, meeting, and training logistics; petty cash expense control; vendor management.
