Coahuila \# 4426, Tamaulipas Tamaulipas, Mexico * ### **CAREER AREA** GFP\_MEX * ### **JOB TYPE** Full time * **JOB ID** ---------- \#R55084 Verify daily the attendance control of all personnel under their charge, and in case of absence, report it to their immediate supervisor. * Receive all value containers delivered by treasury for subsequent processing, checking their integrity with security seals. * Verify that the data on the consigned containers match those on the transport vouchers. * Reject value containers that do not have proper security seals and immediately inform their immediate supervisor. * Record the receipt or delivery of values in the respective form, thereby establishing transfer of responsibility. * Verify the correct operation of security cameras before starting the cabin opening process. * Ensure each cubicle or workstation has the necessary materials before processing begins and that they are in proper cleanliness condition. * Distribute value containers according to requirements or contracts for processing by tellers in the processing room. * Verify the existence of shortages, overages, counterfeit, altered, and/or unusable items in shipments, signing the Anomaly Report confirming detection of such items. * Control all cash processing activities in accordance with Banco de México regulations regarding cash sorting. * Supervise that all manually processed containers are verified by machine and monitored by video. * Supervise cash balancing per cubicle, requiring each processing teller to prepare a Cash Detail by currency type for each shipment. * Check that bands and labels on processed cash for requests, ATM loading, and legal reserve requests from clients contain the assigned processor(s) information. * Verify cash reconciliation against service vouchers upon completion of shipment openings. In case of discrepancies, request presence of immediate supervisor. * Review system-generated failure reports and maintain a record in the designated logbook, then forward them to Treasury department. * Physically receive and record via system the transfer of bags and packages, verifying beforehand that they show no signs of tampering. * Perform system-based transfer of values from Processing Room to Treasury department; any system issues must be reported to immediate supervisor. * Perform cash reconciliation verification after recounting, once daily reconciliation with clients is completed. * Maintain documentation supporting daily reconciliation, being responsible for its balance at the end of the shift. * Ensure operations in the Processing Room follow company operational and security procedures. * Comply with service level agreements established with clients. * Responsible for meeting or exceeding the productivity target set for the processing room (bundles/hour). * Use properly the operational materials and equipment assigned for work (containers, bands, labels, recounting machines, etc.), as well as maintain order and cleanliness in the work area both at the beginning and end of the shift (application of 5S). * Keep strictly confidential and private all operations conducted within Servicios Panamericano facilities. * Perform any other duties, according to their position and qualifications, assigned by their immediate supervisor.
