Currently, we are seeking a professional to cover a temporary labor incapacity under a fixed-term employment contract. Location: **Ciudad Victoria, Tamps.** **Job Requirements:** \- Minimum university education **with a degree in engineering**, preferably in Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. \- Experience in Networks and Telecommunications. \- **Knowledge** of teamwork, **personnel supervision**, conflict resolution, and results orientation. **Job Responsibilities:** \- Supervise and coordinate the activities of installation technician teams. \- Ensure the proper functioning of communication networks and systems. \- Effectively manage the work team. \- Conduct detailed supervision to ensure compliance with regulations. \- Prepare daily reports on work completed that day.
