Positive work environment **Job Description:** At DLF Montacargas, we are looking for a proactive private and asset security guard. **Responsibilities:** * Access control: Rigorous registration of staff, visitors, suppliers, and vehicles. * Asset security: Active surveillance of facilities to prevent theft, shrinkage, or damage to equipment. * Industrial safety: Supervision of compliance with safety standards in the yard and warehouse (use of PPE, adherence to forklift operation zones). * Quality: Support in visual inspection of workplace area integrity. * Reporting: Completion of daily logs and real-time incident reporting. **Requirements:** * **Minimum experience:** 2 years in private security. * **Technical knowledge:** Private and asset security protocols. * Basic industrial safety standards. **Skills:** * High level of observation. * Discipline. * Punctuality. * Service-oriented attitude. **We Offer:** * Technical training and development. * Growth opportunity within the company. * Positive work environment. * Competitive salary. **Work Schedule:** **Starting Salary:** $18,000 (pre-tax), depending on experience. **Payment Method:** Weekly via BBVA or Santander bank.
