Position Summary:
Coordinate and process employee payroll, supervise incidents, generate reports, and ensure compliance with tax and labor obligations.

**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in payroll.
* Proficiency in **CONTPAQi Nóminas** is mandatory.
**Knowledge in:**
* Weekly and biweekly payroll preparation
* Calculation of severance payments and settlements
* Variable salaries
* Salary modifications
* PTU (Profit Sharing)
* SUA, IDSE, IMSS, and INFONAVIT
* FONACOT
* Payroll receipt stamping (timbrado)
* Incidents, vacations, disabilities, and pre-payroll
* Labor legislation and social security
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
* High sense of responsibility and confidentiality
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate and process employee payroll
* Supervise employee incidents and movements
* Generate administrative and tax reports
* Follow up on obligations with IMSS and INFONAVIT
* Keep personnel information updated
* Address and resolve queries related to payments and payroll
