We have consolidated our expertise and capabilities in residential, urbanization, and mixed-use projects that exceed our clients’ expectations while generating a positive impact on the market and their industry.** **We are seeking: Infrastructure and Urbanization Coordinator** **Objective:** To plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of urbanization and infrastructure works required for the development and habitability of housing, ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, and quality standards within established timelines and budgets, thereby contributing to the functional urban development of the project. **Responsibilities:** · Supervise the execution of urbanization and infrastructure works. · Coordinate work among the various departments involved in the project. · Manage the human, material, and financial resources assigned to the project. · Monitor execution timelines and ensure completion within the scheduled timeframe. · Monitor work quality and conduct periodic inspections. · Manage permits and licenses required for project execution. · Resolve technical and operational issues arising during construction. · Coordinate with local authorities and relevant agencies to comply with urban planning regulations. · Prepare progress reports on construction works and submit reports to project management or leadership. · Monitor the budget and make adjustments as necessary to meet projected costs. · Ensure site safety and compliance with industrial safety regulations. · Maintain continuous communication with suppliers and contractors to guarantee timely delivery of materials and services. · Supervise the proper implementation of basic services (water, drainage, electricity, etc.) during urbanization development. · **Requirements:** Civil Engineer or Architect Minimum 3 years of experience in urbanization and infrastructure Knowledge of cost control and construction budgeting Project and on-site resource management Construction regulations and standards Employment type: Full-time Salary: $28,000.00 – $30,000.00 per month Application question(s): * How many years of experience do you have coordinating infrastructure and urbanization for mass housing projects?
