Responsibilities: Operational Excellence: * Oversee production processes from start to finish. * Ensure production schedules align with customer orders, seasonal demand, and inventory levels. * Optimize plant layout and workflow to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks. • Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs for machinery and equipment. * Develop and promote accountability at all levels through the use of metrics that drive results (key performance indicators, key behavioral indicators). Strategic Planning and Execution: * Strengthen strategic process planning and link the proper use of systems and tools with the achievement of medium\-term annual operating objectives and the company's strategic goals. * Analyze production data to identify trends, forecast demand, and adjust capacity planning. * Lead cost reduction initiatives while maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction. * Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
