The selected candidate will be responsible for key administrative tasks ensuring the smooth operation of the department. **Requirements** * **Education:** Degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * **Experience:** 1–2 years in administrative roles. Experience in recruitment processes or payroll support is preferred. * **Desired knowledge:** * Posting job vacancies on platforms (Indeed, Facebook, etc.). * Screening CVs and conducting telephone interviews. * Basic Excel skills (data entry, filters, tables). * Basic knowledge of **payroll** processes (incident tracking, attendance records, leave requests). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * **Skills:** * Organization and sense of urgency. * Effective communication. * Ability to work under pressure. * Attention to detail. * Service-oriented attitude.
