Work location: iShop Altama Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to Apple and PC users. * Assemble and disassemble computers. * Resolve hardware and software issues on customers’ devices. * Deliver outstanding customer service through various communication channels. Requirements: * Knowledge of computer assembly and disassembly, and Level 2 technical support (**formal and stable employment, minimum 1 year—NO SELF-EMPLOYED, NO FREELANCE**). * Prior experience in technical support and customer service. * Solid knowledge of hardware and software. * Passion for technology and customer service. * Completed high school diploma; undergraduate studies or incomplete degree in Engineering (Systems, Computer Science, or related field).
