




**Position Description:** We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive intern to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in a dynamic professional environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in the recruitment and selection process (posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews). * Assist in employee onboarding and training activities. * Manage and update employee records. * Provide administrative support related to the department (reports, attendance tracking, among others). **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Availability to complete internships of \[20 to 30 hours per week]. * Intermediate proficiency in tools such as Excel, Word, and Canva. * Positive attitude, organized, and eager to learn. * Good communication skills. **Benefits:** * Financial assistance for transportation or meals ($1,000 per week initially). * Flexible schedule to accommodate studies. * Experience and learning in the Human Resources field. * Opportunity to contribute to key departmental projects.
