Maintenance * Prepare and execute the annual maintenance plan (PAM). Analyze compliance levels and, based on results, prepare and implement action plans to ensure 100% coverage of scheduled activities for the year. * Record equipment failures using available tools, efficiently planning and executing corrective maintenance actions to ensure system availability and reliability. * Analyze Availability and Reliability indicators, determine root causes of failures, and define preventive and corrective actions. * Plan and execute predictive and preventive maintenance in accordance with best practices and applicable standards to ensure maximum availability and reliability of compression and auxiliary systems. * Evaluate and develop process optimizations or improvements based on results from predictive maintenance applied to critical systems at compression stations. Administrative * Coordinate services, supervise, and document activities performed by contractors at facilities, verifying compliance with procedures and safety measures, always in coordination with Management. * Participate and provide input in the planning and monitoring of the annual budget, utilizing company-established tools for this purpose. * Prepare supporting documentation and respond to various audits applicable to processes associated with compression stations. * Interact with suppliers and/or contractors to supervise maintenance work and activities carried out at the compression station. * Establish and maintain effective communication with landowners located near compression stations, as well as with authorities, to raise awareness about safety measures and risks. Procurement * Collaborate with the station manager to prepare the annual procurement plan for resources and supplies, using company-established tools for this purpose. * Develop specifications and purchase requisitions, complying with the allocated budget and PAM (annual maintenance plan). SASISOPA * Carry out activities in accordance with internal SASISOPA procedures, as well as respond to internal or external audits. * Implement SASISOPA mechanisms described in internal procedures, integration instructions, and System Administration training.
