Objective Manage the incoming and outgoing flow of various MROs and equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy and tracking all items and tools handled within the area; responsible for material receipt and proper storage location assignment. Receive and deliver materials related to production requisitions, aligned with teamwork and continuous improvement principles. Key Responsibilities* Handle local suppliers. * Assign storage locations based on material designation. * Fulfill requisitions in Asset and Glovia systems. * Fulfill requisitions for MSC machines. * Perform equipment transfers in Asset and Glovia systems. * Deliver equipment to different departments following established procedures. * Conduct inventories of various MROs. * Perform shortage inventories and notify purchasing. * Ensure inventory accuracy and integrity. * Track production requirements. * Process scrap in Glovia. * Maintain 6'S standards in the work area. * Ensure compliance with all points outlined in the Spellman de México S.A. de C.V. code of conduct (ethics) by personnel under supervision. * Comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental Policy by following applicable procedures and instructions related to job activities. Competencies/Skills* Education Level: High School Diploma * Minimum of 3 years of experience in Tool Crib operations * Knowledge of tools (drills, drill bits, countersinks/reamers, screws, washers, etc.) * Experience with Glovia and Asset systems * Understanding of FIFO principles * Cyclical counting strategies * Forklift operation experience * Basic physical ability and knowledge for handling heavy loads * Microsoft Office proficiency * Knowledge and understanding of current versions of Environmental and Quality Management Systems (ISO 14001, ISO 9001).
