We have consolidated our expertise and capabilities in residential, urbanization, and mixed-use projects that exceed our clients’ expectations while generating a positive impact on the market and their industry.** **We are seeking: Infrastructure and Urbanization Supervisor** **Objective:** Ensure that urbanization works—including road construction, public spaces, parks, and basic infrastructure networks (potable water, drainage, electricity, etc.)—are carried out within established timelines and allocated budget, thereby guaranteeing the functionality and habitability of the urban development. **Responsibilities:** Supervise the execution of urbanization works (roads, parks, common areas, etc.) according to plans and specifications. Control the quality of work performed on urbanization projects, ensuring compliance with established standards. Monitor physical progress of works and ensure adherence to the scheduled deadlines. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure achievement of project objectives. Manage material, human, and equipment resources required for urbanization works. Review and approve execution drawings and proposed modifications during project implementation. Monitor the allocated urbanization budget and implement corrective measures as necessary to maintain cost control. Prepare periodic progress and results reports on urbanization activities for submission to coordination. **Requirements:** Civil Engineer or Architect Minimum 2 years of experience in urbanization and infrastructure; experience in housing development is desirable. Knowledge of design and planning of urbanization networks (streets, parks, public spaces, etc.). Familiarity with construction and installation of potable water, drainage, electricity, telecommunications, and public lighting systems. Knowledge of soil studies and topographic surveys for urbanization project design and execution. Knowledge of pavement, street, and access road planning, design, and construction.
