At Grupo Bafar, we value talent, foster a collaborative work environment, and provide development opportunities for our employees. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Traditional Multi-Store Promoter, you will be the ambassador of our brands at the point of sale, ensuring optimal product presentation and delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our consumers. Your main responsibilities will include: * **Product Promotion:** Present and highlight the features and benefits of Grupo Bafar products to customers in stores. * **Sales Boosting:** Implement strategies and promotional activities to increase sales of our products. * **Customer Service:** Address inquiries, resolve doubts, and provide friendly and efficient service to all customers. * **Food Handling:** Ensure proper handling, display, and rotation of perishable products, complying with hygiene and food safety regulations. * **Inventory Control:** Monitor and report inventory levels at the point of sale to ensure product availability. * **Display and Merchandising:** Place products on shelves according to company standards and store guidelines, ensuring an attractive and organized appearance. * **Brand Visibility:** Maintain correct placement of advertising and promotional materials at the point of sale. * **Activity Reporting:** Prepare and submit periodic reports on activities performed, results achieved, and conditions at the point of sale. * **Competitor Monitoring:** Monitor competitor activity at the point of sale and report relevant information. * **Store Staff Relations:** Establish and maintain a cordial and professional relationship with store staff to facilitate task execution. **What We Are Looking For:** * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in similar roles, preferably in sales, promotion, or customer service within the mass consumer or food industry. * **Knowledge:** Experience in customer service and food handling.
