**Technician 2** CÓDIGO: Performs repair and modifications of electronic and electromechanical systems and replacement of integrated circuits and components. Provide technical support to production, including BOM verification, first piece inspection, performing preventive and autonomous maintenance, as well as verification of equipment used in processes, and will also assist in the implementation of Corrective Actions to the process. RESPONSIBILITIES 1\. Provide technical support to production, locate defects and repair modules at component level. 2\. Locate defects in complex production equipment or equipment with issues (correct if necessary) and recommend changes to improve the process, procedures or equipment. 3\. Use existing test equipment to determine if product requirements are within desired specifications. 4\. Assemble hardware or electronic components following complex design drawings and instructions under the direction of more senior or higher-ranking technicians. 5\. Provide technical guidance to less experienced assemblers. 6\. Maintain and generate reports from various computer applications and word processors. 7\. Responsible for executing TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) on production equipment. Works with the support team to provide feedback and improve VS metrics. 8\. Keep the workstation clean and organized and observe all DEE requirements. Additional Knowledge in failure analysis. Operation of measurement equipment. Knowledge of soldering and electronic components. Sense of responsibility and teamwork.
